I understand that all products are made to order.  There are no returns or exchanges.  Susan Lanci Designs will be notified of any errors within 5 days of reciept of goods.

Following is a list things you might want to know before we get started...

Shiping Charges
All orders will have shipping charges added at the time of invoicing.

Order Minimums
Our opening order is $200.00. After you place you you first order with us,  there is a minimum reorder amount of $75.00. There is a minimum shipping charge of $12.00.

Change to Orders
After you have placed your order you will receive an immediate sales order number generated from the website.  This is not our in house sales order number. Within a few days you will receive a confirmation order with a Susan Lanci sales order number and an approximate ship date. This is your actual production sales order. After you have received this confirmation we cannot change or add to the order.

Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Credit card charges are run a few days prior to shipping. International clients please contact us.

Returns
As you will see, our product line is very large, so we inventory very little; everything is made to order. In light of this, items are not returnable or exchangeable so we ask you to be careful when you order.

Claims
Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of order. Defective merchandise will be replaced of repaired at the discretion of Susan Lanci Designs. Please call for an authorization before attempting to return merchandise.

Shipping
Domestic shipping is UPS Ground from our manufacturing facility in Southern California. International shipments ship USPS. Unfortunately, we do not drop-ship.

E-commerce sites
Web stores must meet the same requirements as our brick ‘n motar stores. As stated, we do not drop ship so if delivery time is critical, we advise that you inventory. Before approval, we would like to review your site. We do not want to be involved with E-bay, auctions, deep discounting, street fairs and other forms of merchandising that would be detrimental to our brand and other customers.  We request that you come close to our suggested retail price you see on our site.
